Phase Identification

Creating performance metals needs a greater understanding of the chemistry.
In a polycrystalline material, transformational energy (e.g. heat) and subsequent quenching will allow solutes to temporarily move and coalesce. This is called a phase. The concentration and type of solute and transformational energy and time will produce different phases of varying magnitude.
These products are specific for phase identification.
